Therefore, we use a 1-year average for price per-square foot. We are now using the 2023 average price of $282.15 (down from the $287.24 average in 2022).

  • Price per square foot in February was +$4.59 more than in January and -$9.81 less than the peak of $303.46 in May 2022.
  • February's $293.65 is also +$23.31 more than the previous year in February 2023 when it was $270.34.
February's average price per square foot was
